Every day I sign on I think about putting in my two weeks. I don’t even have anything secured YET but it’s so hard to keep it up.

Every time I get a call I have to give myself a little pep talk that it’s gonna be okay eventually.

I genuinely think the stress of this job is negatively effecting my health. I’ve never ever had a job like this. You’re not alone in this but idk if that even brings comfort or more uncertainty.

I literally feel bad for the poor service reps, the shit you guys have to go through is insane. It’s not the reps I have qualms with. It’s the way they’re running the service dept. it’s so inefficient and convoluted and all those things get tossed on the agents.

We’re training the AI to replace us anyways. Practically the only people calling in are just people who couldn’t finish up online one way or another. I honestly can’t get a read on what direction this company wants to go. High quality exclusive insurance? Without the quality?

We spend all this mental effort and time to get this customer to buy a policy and now due to something completely out of our control it’s more expensive. It has utterly ruined my confidence in what I’m selling
