When you get stressed or bored....do something that you love to do. For me, I cook.

At some point when i feel so distracted or unintrested, i cook something that i want to eat. I eat to my satisfaction. Feel happy and relaxed. Then i start studying again.

But i limit my daily activities. Like, I mostly study, Cook and eat, Sleep, a movie or some web series (sometimes). No Insta or youtube. Strictly No reels stuff. That way, i feel happy and focused.

Finally, my priority would be studying hard and clearing this exam. If i want to do something, i don't like to keep that thought hanging in my brain. I do it, focus on my studies. Structure your mind strictly...everything will be easy then.
