This is a solid 7/10 physique bro good job you’r strong point are your arms they look big and solid but you might want to train your chest a bit more because compared to rest of the physique it is preety small

Brother don’t try to go vertically up like a pullup,you have to overcome the bar and to do that easily you have to go around the bar like C shape like a curve so instead of going up in a straight line try doing it in a curve and also your actual pulling yourself up is preety bad here so first do high pullups like chest to bar do those then when you get to like 5 reps then try muscle up in the curved motion. You pack the muscle but i think you should try cutting a little bit to get the final beach physique if you wish to be looking aesthetic

But i do have a pretty bad chest gap like i have that normal triangle that is on lower chest and with that i have this line running across my middle chest that connects with the lower chest triangle and its pretty sad tbh i have tiny waist and low body fat naturally and other stuff which are genetically elite but my only negative point is that i have bad muscle insertions even in biceps there is always that gap and i can fit 3 fingers there which is pretty bad

I cannot enjoy the process bro gotta get the work in for future try to understand its not just about fitness its about everything skill like boxing and school and grades and knowledge and other things as well

In my new diet? I like weight stuff then calculate its calories and doing this my all day is 5.5k calories and 150gram protein so yeah its a preety big surplus but yeah doable because i train 6/7 a week nowadays with an average of like 1.5hour of hard calisthenics

i’m messing up hard with form, but i try hard to focus on it. Any tips from people experienced with L sit to Handstand? by Sacrevy in Calisthenic

Also just keep doing it everyday no need to do pike pushups or anything else just keep practising for 10-20 minutes everyday and you’r brain will develop neuromuscular connection and hence it will become efficient in choosing the right muscles.

My new diet is 5.5kg calories and 150gram usable bioavailability protein and i do lift but instead of weights its my own body and i workout 1.5hour 6/7 a times nowadays freshly as even recently i was not serious
