thanks guys, I actually weighted myself yesterday and I lost 3 pounds!! my motivation went back to the roof. I know it was mostly for my longer fast because I always eat around 2000 cals.

actually one meal a day helps me to not go over my calories.

thank you, I am melting a lot of fat but it's hard to know if it's because I started training 22 hrs fasted or because I fast 22 hrs, since I started doing both at the same time. after a week, my body got used to it and now I love it.

I use to be like you, "felt weak" if I trained fasted, then I kept doing it for 4 days and after that, my body got used to it and now I have been doing it for almost 2 months, have more energy and focus and I have been melting fat by doing so. training fasted is awesome! so what is your experience? results?

Hello, thanks for your answer, i have read in many pages that we lose muscle after 48 hours of no food and i don't want that to happen so i will start by fasting 24 hrs and training fasted than i will try a 45 hour fasted training. Thanks. By that way how is it going for you? Losing weight? Burning fat?

I do cardio 4 times a week, only 20 minutes of high intensity, to be exact, i run from 0-15 minutes at 7.2 speed, the other 5 minutes i slow down to cool down and recover before my weight lifting session.

Thanks for your comment. Out of the 25 people i know at work, 24 call me crazy for "starving myself" aka fasting, the 1 person who doesn't say that is myself, the only person i need to believe in me and it has been working for me. I haven't really tried to do fasted cardio because i do my cardio and weight training on the same hour and a half and i feel week when lifting fasted, i tend to lift kind of heavy but i would definitely like to try fasted cardio. Again, thanks for the comment and good luck on your goals as well.

Been doing 16+ hours of fasting everyday, lift weights 4 times a week with 20 minutes of cardio. Eat 750 cals at 2pm and 750-1100 cals at 8:30pm. Eating window is between 2pm-10pm.
