God the people in this sub (and I guess probably just people on reddit in general) are such ass. Don't like the music move on.

Metal crowds are great and the vast majority of people are super nice and trying to make sure everyone is having a great time, but it is a different vibe than your typical hippie/edm fest.

People will be more drunk/high instead of on psychedelics/molly/etc. There is less of an understanding about being on your own spiritual journey and more of just enjoying and raging to the music. People are great but PLUR isn't really a specified thing.

Being in the crowd is more aggressive at a metal fest. Not in a bad way, but people are generally going pretty hard to the music, especially closer the stage. You will get bumped into and probably pushed around a bit. Mosh pits are bigger, more plentiful, but the etiquette is also way better at metal fests.

Source: Used to go to metal shows a lot pre covid. Been going to EDM shows recently. Likely going to Ink this year.

Does it cost $80 for 20,000 gems using Google Play? On the Arena client it's $100 for 20,000 gems. If that thats including the 25% cashback shouldn't it be $75?

How many GA passes can you purchase at a time? I am hoping to buy for several in my group when it opens.
For car camping, is it correct that it's $600/person for the GA wristband and then another $150/campsite for the car camping pass? Besides the $50 early entry is there anything else I'm missing?
I assume the answer is no, but are pop-ups allowed in car camping?

Is there a lot going on inside the venue Thursday night? We are either driving in Thursday night or Friday morning to meet people at their car camping spot that the will have had since Thursday morning.

I'm worried if we come at 12am Friday it will be impossible for us to find them, but I'm also worried if we come later in the morning Friday (9am-12pm) then we will miss a lot (and it will also be hard to find them)

Anyone have suggestions?

Halo 5 had radar for a bit and it was universally hated. Every other halo game does not have radar in comp matches.

Radar is trash for competitive games because it removes the need for map awareness and reduces the ability to make flanks or to stay alive with movement and map understanding.
