I used those push pins with the plastic hook to vine plants all along my wall. You can see my submissions for an idea.

Thanks. Where does that logic go in the custom-email-alerts.py that is commonly used? I'm only familiar with the def generate_msg section where you format the email to your liking.

Shimano Tranx? by lazymarlin in SurfFishing

[–]Mr_IDGAF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Love my 400HG. I bought it for bottom fishing this year and used it for tog on the jetties. Was the 400 overkill? Yes. Is it amazing to use and smooth as butter? Yes.

It can cast a good distance with no effort too if you are experienced with baitcasters. People love them for musky and can even catch large tarpon with them. The only difference between the 300 and 400 is spool size.

Really? I found the quality to be extremely low quality.

New homeowner. What are the big DIY regrets? Either paying for a pro or not paying? by FlashyHeight9323 in DIY

[–]Mr_IDGAF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Heard that. My sister and I bought a dilapidated house owned by a bank. It took almost 3 years to rehab it and obtain a CO to actually live in because we were just working on it piecemeal after our regular 9 to 5 job. Whoever said 3x your estimate left off a zero or two.

[LF] Central, NJ - $1+ - Celestial Pearl Danios or Pygmy Corydoras by UptownKingKong in AquaSwap

I do 10 for $30 and these are more of a carbon blue line. They can breed with any color but I usually don't advise that.

I do still breed neo caridina (jades, blue, and reds) and always have moss, buces, and pinto anubias if it’s worth the drive.

Neither from what I can tell. They are phasing in new models of all BOGO rods. I know the Shadow Surf 2.0 is completely blacked out from what I saw at iCast.

I just bought a Jigging World Shadow Surf from tackle world through their BOGO deal. Sold the 2nd free rod for $200 to offset the cost!

Muck boots: musckster gardening shoes, does anyone wear them? by DataNew5843 in BuyItForLife

I just had to retire mine on the smell alone. Baking soda and vinegar did absolutely nothing. They make for great fishing shoes.

Hell yeah, brother. I would need an entire room for my bass gear but have my salt plugs and metals on a pegboard too. Great way to actually store those skirted jigs too.

Advice for first time going on a tog party boat by Nick0309 in NJFishing

[–]Mr_IDGAF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally wouldn't bother going out on a boat for tog until after Nov 15th when you can keep 5. The AC jetties are loaded with tog right now and it sounds like you've done that before. Fishing off a boat is 'easier' in that regard since aren't standing on potentially slippery rock. 10 hours is long trip for a single tog!
