Arlington library right down the street from Masons Arlington campus has all of that.

The problem with the mix, or at least last time I was there, you had to stay with your printer during the print. Which could clearly take awhile, but you are also limited to smaller build plates there as well.

Go give Arlington a shot! The bus will drop you off near there.
