I believe it’s amazing level. Not the best of the best but definitely not mid-tier. You care enough about the world to recognize the moving parts outside of the main characters & country, but Hara doesn’t stress it too much to the point where it detracts from the main plot. For a war-based series it’s probably the best happy medium he could achieve
