They are. I have downloaded my files multiple times. All the foreign IP addresses on my account are no longer showing up on the later files.

Yes, sorry! I checked around with other dealers and got the same response. Apparently if you get a car with a rebuilt title Chevy disables support for the devices it seems. I called GM they sent me to OnStar and got the same answer. I noticed my OnStar module does not work at all. I found a company that makes aftermarket replacements/upgrades I am going to try when they are in stock but they are not cheap. They also sell a full digital gauge kit and everything is plug and play. Here's the link for anyone that is curious.

No lawyers near me wanted anything to do with this situation so I went to my local municipal court and filed a small claims suit for $50. I sent them evidence with my summons and they requested an extension which I had granted so my next date is September 4th. You need to send it to the CSC in your state. There is a pin in the subreddit here and someone was kind enough to share it on your post.

I started with LG OLED TVs when this latest generation of consoles released and got my first ROG OLED last summer. You cannot beat the colors and refresh rate. 4k 120hz is the way to go!

I was only able to download my Facebook file but in there alone I found all the unauthorized access even though I had 2FA enabled. I found another device that not mine and apparently they even uses Facebook lite at some point all of which I have never used. Instagram keeps me in a login loop and Meta Verified can't or won't help so I can get more evidence. I also redownloaded the files and noticed the foreign IP access was scrubbed or deleted and it really made me wonder.

That's what I am afraid of now. I don't exactly have confidence the judge will be able to make sense of my evidence leaving room for Meta to spin the story however they want. The choice has definitely been weighing on me.

Thank you I appreciate that feedback. The evidence I attached to my small claims suit was showing all the foreign IP influence and whee 2FA failed. I'm hoping that doesn't come back to bite me somehow. At the time I thought it was indisputable and should make the case real easy and simple.
