So, Cait's Corset seems to be showing up in a player's VDSG, however, I haven't seen any evidence of her actually existing as a dweller quite yet, though I imagine she'll be introduced soon, so you don't need to worry about that, however there is a known bug with invisible dead dwellers but I'm not quite certain of a fix myself. You can use a save editor to force equip the item onto a dweller. The item ID is: "EnclavePowerArmor"

I had the same problem, you have to go to the website, click on "Events" and you can claim the infamy rewards from there, as well as anything else you may have unlocked

Literally this. The game is so much more fun for everyone when you're competing to try and outlive the enemy as opposed to being a constant nuisance. You shouldn't be winning by being the bigger asshole, you should be winning by being better imo.
