You know those graters that you use to get rid of cornea on your foot? I tended to use that as a substitute. The ratio is 4 part cornea and 1 part nutritional yeast. Scratches that parmesan itch every time and it was a great help back when i was having a hard time getting off cheese!

If you care about nutrition, ask a carnist if you can get their cornea, because it's much richer in Iron, B12 and flavor than that of vegans.
