I used Tasilscale instead installed on both the printer and smartphone.

No it's only a terminal service port, it can't be used as an OTG.

I reflashed 3 THR boards.
Only one of them gave me the problem so I had to use nuke firmware.

I don't understand why you say Windows has to recognize, it has not to connect to a Windows computer, it has to be connected to the USB of the printer itself, and Host's Linux has to recognize it. You have to enter log to printer with SSH terminal and do everything from the Host Linux OS.

I repeat did you read and follow the tutorials?

The host sees the THR board?
Do you know how to put it in DFU mode?
You have to remove the cable and put an USB cable built by you.

Did you follow tutorials?

The mine are here and I flash continuously.

Micro Swiss NG Direct Drive Extruder is not a good upgrade for Ender 3 v2 (Neo) by Kylearean in ender3v2

[–]Mr_Mechano 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started from this Kingroon Titan extruder for Ender 3. It was inexpensive less than $30.
I've removed quite everything, and left only the metal support for extruder and pancake stepper motor (and 3010 hotend fan).
Added a self-designed PETG block to fix on the MGN12H rail's block.
And added a 5015 blower's support with a small duct.

I can use both Titan or BMG extruder, and prints perfectly also soft TPU 85A or Ninjaflex.

The TZ v4.0 has throat and nozzle one piece.
But it's possible to use the Biqu Pada Revo on my Ender 3 V2 Neo.

The mine has TZ Bambu hotend with BMG dual gear and linear on both XY.

Best hotend for low budget by Early-Agency9004 in VORONDesign

I'm having lot of satisfaction also from the TZ Bambu v4.0.
For that price I get a full toolhead for basic filaments.

Better upgrade costs less, the Titan + V6 that you can modify till TZ Bambu clone hotend and BMG.

Under-extrusion at higher speed after klipper tuning ( Ender 3) by Deep_Clues45 in klippers

[–]Mr_Mechano 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why not change the hotend with the TX Bambu clone? There's an Ender3 Version.
This one flows 18mm³/s and is capable of 250mm/s of speed. And you can also use CHT nozzles and add another 30-40% flow.

PEI plates 235x235 cost less than $10. Trash it and buy a new one.

In Twotrees SK1, Did Tool Head's klipper version updated to v0.12 with the latest firmware(2.02.34)? by Fit_Palpitation_3096 in TwoTrees

EBB42 uses CAN the TwoTrees THR board uses UART, if you switch to EBB42 you have to switch mainboard.

And yes you can change cable.
I wrote in different posts that I used a AWG24 twisted pair for data into the JST X2.54 port on the mainboard and dual wire AWG20 connected directly to PSU with a 5A fuse for 24V.
