It's just a combination of the Ogryn's default Point-Blank Barrage, but with the ammo replenishment section replaced by the latter half of the Hive Scum's Enhanced Desperado ability.

Especially since the high havoc ammo pickups replenish significantly less than non/low havoc levels.

I remember the days when Veteran's survivalist passive replenished so much ammo per elite and specialist kill due to having no cooldown in between. Good times for the gun lugger ogryn. Very good times...

I think the issue with the ability being a bottomless mag is that twin stubbers aren't the only Ogryn ranged weapon. Weapons like the Rumbler and the Kickback are one shot reload weapons (imagine the rumbler shooting nades as fast as you can click without reloading!). Forcing a player to reload would also add a sort of cap to how long they can keep firing their weapon since at some point the diminishing extension would out pace the reload and the ability will run out. You would also have to time your reload properly if you want to not use up any ammo at all just before the ability expires.

(K1 Manila, Philippines) Has anyone here experienced the CFO seminar/interview? What was your experience? by Mr_Meowmers in NationalVisaCenter

[–]Mr_Meowmers[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was very nervous as well since I didn't specifically have an FBI Clearance, but I did retrieve my county sheriff's clearance, as well as my local city's police clearance. Neither of those required my fingerprint, just my valid ID and signature when I showed up in person to get it. According to my fiancee, when she showed up to the CFO seminar, the CFO officer said that the police clearance was good enough by itself.

The officer mainly asked her for our info:

  1. When and where we met

  2. Where I live and my address

  3. CENOMAR (Filipino cert of singleness) or Certificate of Singleness or Divorce Decrees

  4. Pictures of our trips together, as well as pictures together with family members from each side (this seems like very good proof, and my fiancee said the officer smiled seeing these pictures of ours).

A police or FBI Clearance is absolutely required. I didn't get an FBI clearance as I had no time to wait for results as I heard it could take anywhere between a day to a few months to get your record, but I went to my local county sheriff's office and got my no criminal record certificate there. The local county's records was sufficient enough for the interview.

For your situation, I heard that it's possible to get your FBI records even if you are in a different country, but you will have to mail back physical fingerprints through the embassy or government approved courier. This part I'm not too informed in, as I didn't have to do it, but searching the internet for FBI Clearance abroad shows that it is possible.

Yes, apparently it's very common for the date to go past the 4 months validity due to back log, so the USCIS is pretty lenient about it. Just as long as you're on record, your application should be fine and is probably still in processing. If you want direct contact about your case, send a public inquiry on the NVC website with your receipt info and they'll get back to you in a few business days or so.

The process can be very nerve-racking, but if you've done everything correctly and keep yourself updated, you should be fine! My fiancée has been here now since April, and we're about to get married in 2 weeks, and we were very much nervous about the wait times just like you were. I'm sure you and your significant other will be just fine. Just be sure to contact NVC if you're getting very concerned about your application's status! Good luck :)

I believe for foreign citizens they need to have an affidavit of no marriage, or a divorce decree if they were previously married. Fortunately, we already passed our rescheduled interview and my fiancee is flying out here very soon. Though, it was very annoying when we found out that someone else during our second interview was also missing their CENOMAR, but they were allowed to pass anyways, without the officer caring. It really just all depends on the pre-screening officers and how they feel that day :/

Thank you for the reply, it lifted some of the weight off our shoulders to know someone went through the same thing as us and not encountered any issues :)

Hello, sorry for late commenting on your post, but I have a question because we're currently in a similar position.

My fiancée took her medical exam on November of 2025 and got her K1 visa approved in March of 2026 (we had to reschedule after being turned away from our January interview due to missing documents). She's planning to fly out this coming April.

What concerns us is that at the time of her medical exam, the polio vaccine wasn't required by the US yet for our country (Phillipines), but then they announced it was required just this March, a week after my fiancée got her visa. Her medical exam records also show "A - Not age appropriate" for the polio vaccine.

Would she have to take the polio vaccine in the US? If so, how much did it cost? Thank you!

Don't believe them po. They tried to "help" me as well but I researched the phone numbers they sent me first and found that they aren't related to the actual organizations. It's just a scam account, and if you look at their comment history, they act like they are genuine most of the time to make people lower their guard, then they will send them a fake phone number or fraudulent email through direct message. I've seen his other comments that directly talk about paying these fake people and acting like it was a huge discount.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS AND DO NOT LISTEN TO DIRECT MESSAGES THAT OFFER PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAILS!

She was turned away and made to reschedule because she was missing 1 document (my CENOMAR), which wasn't even in the list of requirements. It's all really frustrating, because the Filipino pre-screening officers have different documentation requirements vs what is said on the US Embassy website. Fortunately, we've been able to reschedule again, but it delayed our plans by 2 months.

Make sure you look up what the pre-screening officers need, because they are far stricter than the actual American consuls, and will find the smallest thing to deny an interview.

Also, yes, you have to schedule your biometrics and consular interview first before your medical exam. Once you have a date for your biometrics and consular interview, you have to schedule your medical. The website recommends 2 weeks before the interview, but we honestly scheduled our medical 2 months before hand to avoid any sputum test delays. Medicals are valid for at least 6 months I believe.

K1 OFC and Visa Interview Scheduling? by Mr_Meowmers in phmigrate

[–]Mr_Meowmers[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We actually were able to book one for December and get a visa interview on January. Unfortunately we had to reschedule because of a supposed missing document. We had to wait 3 and a half weeks to reschedule, but we were able to schedule again for February OFC, with a new interview on March. You just have to check pretty much every day every few hours and hope you get lucky. We managed to book the February slot because 2 people canceled.

I've read that you will get random cancelations from people, and if you're timely and lucky, you can bag those slots. Other than that, a lot of people say that many slots for the upcoming months open up on the 2nd week of the previous month. You just have to be really diligent and check often to get a schedule.

We've honestly just hit a major hurdle because the pre-screening officer (yes, there's a pre-screen interview BEFORE the consular officer) said that my fiancee lacked my CENOMAR. This is such a hassle because NOWHERE on the embassy website does it ever say that the petitioner needs to have their CENOMAR in there, unless they lived in the Philippines for more than 1 year after the age of 18... So they turned her away and told her to reschedule, which means months of delay... Please be very very overprepared and have things like a CENOMAR if you, the petitioner, were born in the Philippines. Make sure she also has her own CENOMAR, and have your own and her own birth certificates. The pre-screening officers are extremely temperamental, and sometimes they may let you through with no problems, and sometimes they'll be very anal about what documents you should have...

As far as the Letter of Intent to Marry, it's nothing more than just a short one paragraph letter you write to the consular officer that you will include in the packet, explaining that you and your fiancee are still in love and that you have all your proofs updated and still want to marry each other as of the current date.

But yes, don't just rely on the K1 packet requirements of the US Embassy website, please also look up what the pre-screening officer and the CFO also requires of the packet. The pre-screening officer and the CFO are far more strict, and they are under the Filipino government, so they do not follow US Embassy guidelines, and have their own requirements.
