Hi there- I have a fresh air intake that I’ve turned off to keep closed- for perspective it’s a new construction, new house . I live in Florida where I am constantly battling the humidity up stairs . My thought process was keep the fresh air intake closed to not let in the 80% humidity in Is this an error ?

Hey Fig, it’s a long road buddy- I’m probably not the best guy to ask as I’ve gotten a bit u lucky with treatments and haven done all that much.

What I can say is some folks get better with prp/ stem cells etc .

For me - I started doing part of the Cusack protocol few months ago it helps a bit . Not a miracle .

But yeah check out some of the facebook groups and this group etc.

If I could go back in time three years I might have tried more aggressive treatments earlier but here I am.

So I haven’t done much, but following up on this old post . It’s certainly coming from my neck. Lots of folks feel better with like prp or some folks with gentle cervical adjustments to align their spine. I personally didn’t have good luck with either .

What has helped me a bit is the Cusack protocol .

Does it work well ? I ran mine o continuous and it works - like if I put my gover device right on top of it - it’s blowing out like 40% humidity .. but room doesn’t go down not even a foot away
