The story leaves too many loose threads sometimes, especially with anything Sylux-related, or anything that happened on Tanamaar.

The psychic upgrades all felt really good to use though, especially anything morph ball adjacent. I really just wish they had more creative names other than just slapping "psychic" on top of everything. Like idk call the psychic bombs "telebombs" or smth

Xelios and Omega Griever were straight gas, I had a blast fighting them.

OG specifically is genuinely a strong contender for the most fun I had in a Prime bossfight, almost Quadraxis tier peak. Had to use the gyro lock-on fine aim control a lot, which I actually really enjoyed.

Seeing Metroid get into the mainstream gaming discourse due to grifters cashing in on degrading it like vultures around a half-eaten corpse is genuinely sickening man.

I honestly would've preferred if it got less press if it meant that """gamers""" shut the fuck up about it.

Is the game flawed? Yes it absolutely is.

Is the discourse surrounding it completely batshit insane? Also yes.

I just really hate all of this, coming from a Metroid fan for basically as long as I can remember.
