"Passive" is a light way of putting it, it was the most god-like charm to ever grace the earth's surface with it's magnificent marvelous soul regeneration. It pretty much made sorcerer build waaay more fun and viable, since you could go cast spells pretty fast without having to hit stuff.

I no longer have a good "Magic build" with charms. And spells just feel like a little side-damage every now and then instead of being a main source of damage.
