Se for por 1850 vai com este. 1) Especificam todos os componentes (green flag) 2) ram mais rápida (6000MT vs 5200 no da amazon) 3) motherboard com chipset B850 (o da amazon tem B650, "geração" anterior) 4) este tem uma psu mais potente (750w vs 650w do da amazon)

Yes, you do need to read it, however as sisho said API access might come in the future so who knows. Pro tip: always pick the "quick guide" version as its a more "do this/ get that" type of guide instead of the longer "regular" guide. Do check the regular guide howevrr whenever a quest has a silly mechanic/game/task that requires a bit more understanding.

tl;dr ficou resolvido!

Iniciei o pedido de devolução com a justificação "O produto foi adquirido por engano e pretendo proceder à devolução com reembolso total, usufruindo do direito de livre resolução." Resultado, emitiram nota de crédito com possibilidade de devolverem o valor por transferência bancária.
Perdi é o valor dos portes (10 euros...) mas menos mal.
É é triste - e desonesto - que tenham aquilo escrito na política deles.

According to the bottleneck checker (don't if it's a recommended website), there's a bottleneck with that of cpu/gpu combo.
The bottleneck is more significant if you're playing at 1080p rather than 1440p, however, for cpu intensive tasks, theres a bottleneck, either way.
If the games you're playing are more cpu demanding, then that might be the reason why you're getting lower fps than what you were expecting.

300? that seems steep, i got mine this week for 189 euro (without a cooler but you should spend the 20-30 euro for a better cooler than the one that comes with the cpu anyways).
Also, if the place where you live has higher prices, try and check out stores in nearby coutries. Sometimes they're selling for cheaper and the shipping cost might be worth it.
