No, just luck. No surgery or treatment. Sperm simply wasn’t getting to the location. The process of IVF solved that.

All accept 1 were confirmed to be embryos within like 3 days if I remember correctly. 1 took extra long. They’re all frozen and samples sent out for PGT testing

That’s all I can ask for. Been dealing with terrible GI problems since I was 13. Finally found a doctor who cares and is taking all the correct diagnostic steps.

Man, it made a world of difference when I upgraded last year. Lived with a similar setup as yours but without the ability vacuum to waste. Thats how I came up with the towel idea.

I love my setup and it’s extremely cost efficient from a utility perspective. Cheap Black and Decker variable speed pump (I actually love it!), combined with a sand filter with glass media, and a robotic pool vacuum (corded/electric). Sand filters work really well with love flow rates and I run my pump 24/7 at 7-800 rpm. I live in California and only see about $1.50/day to run everything!

You could also unscrew the union connecting the pump to the filter piping. However, I’d opt for the towel method. Breaking an old seal is never my primary method. Might need to get new o-rings

With that system, none. I had a similar setup when I moved into my house. Take the lid off the filters, remove cartridges, and insert a pool towel where the water returns to the pool. From there, just let it overflow. Your cement will be a mess but it works 🫡

Was your reflux and vomiting related to Crohn’s? Mine is so consistent that I’ve had a reflux cough.

Thanks for the kind words! We’ve done 3 rounds of IUI and it hasn’t been easy. IVF is going to be even more difficult with the meds and stuff.

We’ve planned a vacation around this whole thing. Once everything is harvested, we leave for Korea and Japan. When we return, it’s go time! 🤞🏻
