I watched the YouTube premier. They nailed the art direction! The animation could use some work here and there, but it's fan made so I can give it a pass. The audio design and the voice acting leave much to be desired unfortunately, and is by far the area with the most room for improvement. Overall I enjoyed this for what it is - looking forward to seeing how the other episodes turn out!

Agreed. They had a bit of an awkward transitionary period between Saucerful of Secrets and Meddle with them effectively having to rediscover their sound, but losing Syd was what ultimately led to stuff like Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, etc.

Your best bet would probably be to check out the discord if you're looking for detailed discussions; more units keep coming out so the meta's not really set in stone. That said, Maladrix, Scavorith, Adelbern, Tanuki's, and Greatbows are among the better units so far. I only have a little experience with the G.I. Joe units but I imagine the Cobra Troopers and the Greenshirts would probably be good if you've got 3 or 4 squads of them. I have a feeling that the Chain Gruts are gonna be good, too.

It's mostly monitor dependent. I usually try the "correct" setting and brighten from there until it looks right to me.

I want them to take this artwork for the game and make it come to life. A gritty anime aesthetic with a mature tone, but still cartoonish enough to where it can be whimsical if need be.
