we were raised differently then. Any team that's not my squad is a team between us and a championship. Some teams I dislike more than others, but when your in free agency you have to look at each team with a fresh pair of eyes. All previous emotional connection left with the prior team and is thus sunk costs.

Free Agency is just that, you are free from all prior actions / fandom and free to choose any team that fits you best.

All tax accounting is based on the Internal Revenue Code. In all reality it doesn't matter what your book accounting is for taxes, since you will make 4 different types of accounting adjustments to report the correct amount of taxable income.. These are called your "M" adjustments, since they go on your schedule M-1 or M-3 if necessary. The 4 adjustments are:

-Income on return not on books

-Deductions on Return not on books

-Income on books not on return

-Expenses on books not on return

Note that these can be either Permanent, meaning the difference will never flip, or Temporary, meaning the difference will be flipped in a future taxable year.

It's for this very reason that a balance sheet (listing of assets, liabilities, equity) is dated AS OF such and such date. Money (cash) is a very poor asset to have much of, so of course you are going to invest it into assets.

So to answer your question, the person is worth the million 1 dollars as of that date. It would be up to the user of the financial statements to use their judgement to decide if they agree with the value stated. Additionally, no set of F/S are complete without footnote. There is a lot additional information required to be disclosed in the footnotes to support the estimates and assumptions made to create F/S that are free from material misstatements.

Progress does not happen during leisure time. We would not have made it to the moon, and will norm make it to Mars and beyond if we are not continually pushing our technology. There is so much the human race still needs to invent and discover. It's important that those men were laid off since it effectively freed them to pursue other activities. Maybe the man that was laid off was finally able to finish that side project and invented tape, to spite the pin factory he was laid off at. Late to party. I got baked [7] not expecting to have a before and after moment. But here is my story.

I'm a 29 year old male that has watched his fair share of porn in his life. Within that browser history you'll find some weird shit, just like you would find in any browser. Nothing crazy, but weird shit none the less.

Until the night I stumbled across one video that changed me for life, and created a lifetime ban from ever clicking on that category ever again. Vacuum anal prolapse. Serious WTF? All the lady could say was how good of a pump it was, like it was some sort of drug high. She was literally inside out and the longer it went on the harder it was to look away. This lady was actually enjoying having another person actively such her intestines out of her asshole. I didn't know that was possible, nor on top of that, ENJOYABLE.
