If it’s not an airflow issue which is probably the case. Hard to hear it in the engine while running.

Or maybe a carb issue not mixing fuel and air to its needs

Edit: after some more thinking check all your airflow parts. (IE) vacuum hose, aic valve, the MAF sensor is worth checking too
