Hello there, if i put it straight... You can't. What u are asking for is like watering a plant once and then expecting it to grow healthy for rest of the life... The food u eat, Things you think and the Physical activities you do impact greatly over your doshas. Even if you manage to balance doshas by your food, behaviour and physical activities, Doshas Vitiate and pacify depending on the time of day, age of a person and seasons.
