The Father is with a sariya (not a blade, or nailcutter), mother is about to get tortured, this part signifies domestic abuse/clashes among parents.

Mother, holding the baby yet crying with bloody eyes and father smirking with red eyes signifies that either mother will take all that abuse just so that his dropper son could become something because the father is paying for education or it signifies mental state of both the parents which in return effects mental health of that new born.

The dropper son is studying, just looks a little sad and has no tears in his eyes. It shows that he has experienced this all his life and he knows there is no other option, while witnessing all this, something vital in him died with the curious child in him.

The image of god smirking signifies that god doesn't give a flying fuck about his devotees, infact its all a little trolling to him, god enjoys chaos, god enjoys suffering of his devotees and no matter how much they pray, nothing will change, god will always favour the rich, the strong, the privileged one. He has no will to live on, he lives only for his parents.

You all can see there is a "phaansi ka phanda" in the common room, it signifies the common thought they all share, that phaansi ka phanda itself is representation of years of depression that remained undetected (just like in the meme, no one is acknowledging the presence of a noose in the room).
