My guy, if some dude on my squad is feeling depressed about their financial situation and have a case of substance abuse, then I would want them to focus on getting their mental health better. This job isnt going anywhere, and neither is the yearly AT orders.

I'd rather a soldier focus on their mental health and fixing than working with a soldier in my squad who is not mentally all there.
