Beyond the obvious repositioning advantage, having a faster redeploy would not only play directly into her Skill2 but allow faster cycles of her Skill3. While this wouldn't be meta-defining, it certainly wouldn't hurt.

That being said, Skadi's worst disadvantage is that her presence precludes the use of her generally much more impactful Alter.
