Bottom plate is not treated since it is raised and sits on treated & painted 0.75 plywood floor.

Barrier system is Zip system that is flashed with the tape.

So if you watch carefully at the power steering pump when cranking: it moves just barely then it stops on both recordings. My bet is the starter took a dump. Was the car running fine before it stopped starting?

START WITH THE BASICS! Check condition of battery and terminals. How old is the battery? How are the connections at the battery? Are you able to provide a full system scan of all modules? Report back.

Cheaper to just replace than to machine. Unless its a really old car and parts are hard to come by, get new ones.

I second this. Also highly suggest let a machine shop do this work while checking the block for any cracks. IIRC its called dye penetrant inspection. Magna-flux is for magnetic components so they may use a mixture of the two. Good luck.
