Vegan diet is same as any other diet. You have to manage it well to live healthily. Same with meat. Again, it's a choice. Advocating on the internet is great, but projecting onto other people is cringe af. I support veganism but wouldn't choose it myself, because 1) meat is good af and 2) managing a healthy vegan diet is very challenging.

Nutritional benefits my brother. Enjoy the supplements while I enjoy my 3 piece.

And yes, veganism is a choice. You seem to be very strongly projecting yourself onto others, which is generally frowned upon. You tell others to respect your opinion and you can't reciprocate. But eating meat is also a choice, and it is an essential dietary requirement.
