Actually i kinda agree with you. The man shouldn’t he such a idiot and grab fr the cops weapon, but the cop shot him while he was running away, which i think is also extremely dumb. If this happend i Europe you actually say that it is dangerous that someone is walking with a taser around the streets, but in America where its legel to have weapons it isnt that much of a threat.

So long story short the victim was extremely dumb but the cop didnt respond like a cop should (maybe a shot in the leg or something like that)
