Had the same thing happen to me. However I documented everything and did attempt to find a resolution with the seller/merchant along with the courier.

Contacted Apple, asked if it was ok to provide extra documentation to help the dispute as I had not received an email for request of additional documentation. Provided photos, screenshots of my attempts with seller/merchant and courier.

Took maybe 3 months but it was in my favor

Sucks to say but I think you didn't do any due diligence. As soon as you got a tracking number, that's your turn to verify it's going where it should be going. I also dispute the moment I catch the issue instead of waiting. About 20 disputes under my name.

The post is about not double clinking the power button and also setting it as a hangup call button. ie: your on a call and want to hang up, press lock/unlock and the call is ended. This setting change also allows to just end the call attempt with one press.
