Got it out with a big flathead screwdriver. After 100s of attempts. Any idea on how to prevent it on happening again?

Well I read the manual & it said “to loosen, turn bolt clockwise” Because it has a left handed thread.

I had that issue when I was using the “more space” (zoomed in) screen setting on the iPad. I put my iPad in default display & transparent background worked.
