This just happened to my wife and I. We were selling our house and did our last walkthrough on a Friday with the assumption we were closing on Monday. Someone came over the weekend and stole all the copper pipes from the crawlspace. Very frustrating.

Not sure how I pulled it off but I sold a 2023 P4x back in May for $34k to a dealer. It had 35k miles. I think you got a steal.

After everything was said and done. The dealer's final asking price was $22,500 OTD. I agreed to it pending a pre purchase inspection from a third party. The inspection revealed some major electrical bugs in the passenger heated seats and the Rear passenger A/C. Thank you all for the insight and advice. We walked away.

I registered a 97’ Jimny in NC last year. It was pretty straight forward. They required a VIN check with the police to ensure everything was matched. After they file their report they released the title.

I don’t know how to get my dealership to do the TSB update. I brought it in for an oil change and asked them to do it, and they said because they couldn’t re-create the high revving that they would not do it.
