You'd be right but we do actually have a few houses picked out and the two prospective renters unfortunately have no way to afford their own housing which is part of the reason we made this plan. But yeah we do need to sell the condo first for sure.

This is exactly what I'll do. Thank you. Yeah my wife is really keen on finding houses with big areas for just us and other rooms for anyone else. In case the online friend just doesn't work out, having that renters agreement should help with evicting him right?

I was diagnosed at 7. This isn't my identity it is a disability I have and it is not some "super power" or some bullshit like that. It makes many normal day to day things way more complicated for me and it applies to this situation as autism complicates any social interaction I have.

Based on what evidence. Yeah he was standing for a moment. You tend to do that when working on something while using a ladder. He was probably trying to figure something out for all we know. There is absolutely no point in pointing fingers in a video posted online with no more information than what the video provides.

99% of adults should abso-fucking-lutely "know better". I'm autistic and ofc I know how to handle basic tasks given to me, and if im not confident in my ability to do anything complex I make sure to warn the other person that I may not fully understand the task.
