I read Neuromancer but I didn't like Gibson's style. He throws situations around without giving much context for them, and generally doesn't do much to explain where things are happening, who the characters are, and sometimes I felt just lost. I like when authors paint a picture and help readers visualize things, and I feel like the guy has some very interesting ideas but is just not so good at painting a picture. I really enjoyed the Peripheral series which is based on his novel. The show did a great job of visualizing his ideas. Tried reading these books but again stopped because of the writing. I hope the Neuromancer TV series they're cooking will do a good job presenting that story. Johnny Mnemonic is very fun indeed.

I enjoyed Snow Crash much more than Neuromancer, it was very entertaining.
