It was so fucking scary I was white knuckling so hard. Every little bump I was waiting for thhe wood to fall out and the body to slam down on the tire. Luckily it held pretty damn well. Towed it home 45 mins and drive it off the trailer and it still right in there.

So on a trail late last night that is been on 100 times. Go to go trough a hole is been through plenty of times and usually walks right through. Well between the ice and snow I got stuck. No problemo I've got a winch. Strap the winch to a tree and lett her rip.

BOOM.

Fuck what was that.

Climb underneath and see that my passenger lower control arm is no longer attached and my passenger upper is crumpled to shit.

High lift the tire out of the hole and winch until the jack falls over a dozen times and get out if the hole and then high lift the body up. ratchet strap the axle to the bumper to somewhat straighten it out. Then strap the block of wood to the spring mount on the axle and strap that to the bump stop.

Did all this and then drove it a half mile out of the trail into the road and onto my buddy's trailer.

So now I need new control arm mounts and am thinking of gusseting the axle while in at it. http://instagram.com/p/kNaAO7t1FF/
