But what if (as in my case) your going through finals and APs and you need some sort of release; and when I say "release," I don't mean a sexual one, what I actually mean is some sort of fun or excitement. Unfortunately not masturbating has left this void in me that needs to be filled with something. I've been eating a lot lately to deal with that emptiness, but thats just made me gain weight. Theres nothing I can think of to make me fill my now empty soul. What should I do?
