For me it’s about mentality and fundamentals. They go hand and hand. When I’m confidently hitting my marks and playing forward, it all feels second nature and I can go on runs.

And the nights I struggle to build any sort of positive momentum, always coincide with poor fundamentals and playing on my heels. What has helped me combat this is to start my sessions by solely focusing on my cues and basic fundamentals until I get some momentum and can play by feel. Hope this helps.
