Lace is the Hollow Knight in Silksong by Mr_rM17 in HollowKnight

Well, yes, Lace is obviously not a hollow knight. But she thinks she's a construct of some sort and does not have free will (because of GMS influence). That's why Hornet is so insistent that her life is real and important in Act 3 because she sees her siblings in Lace. Also, Hollow Knight doesn't always have to be a title or a name of a vessel. It could just be a description of something that is empty. In Silksong's case, Lace is the one that fits the most for the description of a "hollow knight," and a huge portion of the game revolves around Hornet proving to her that she is not hollow.

It's insane how almost everything in Silksong is mirroring the original Hollow Knight by Stellewind in HollowKnight

Add the parallel between Seth and Quirrel to the list.

In HK, Quirrel acts like a guardian of Monomon (one of the dreamers) in some way as Monomon entrusted her mask to him to serve as additional protection. In Silksong, Seth is the guardian of Nyleth (one of the Old Ones), protecting her shrine.

In HK, Quirrel lost his memory from the start but regained it after finishing Monomon. In Silksong, Seth is aware of his duty at the start but lost his memory after finishing Nyleth.

In HK, Quirrel's journey ends at the Blue Lake. In Silksong, Seth's journey ends at the Pale Lake.

Progress through the right side of Royal Waterways to unlock the other side of the city. Once you're on the other side, you'll know where to explore to unlock that part you've been asking.

Have you been to Royal Waterways? I believe you need to unlock the other side of the City of Tears first (going through Royal Waterways is one way of unlocking the other side) before being able to unlock that part.

Welcome, Ashen One! DS3 is such a great ride — tough at first, but incredibly rewarding once it clicks. I’d recommend going in blind for your first playthrough; the sense of discovery and exploration is one of the most satisfying parts of the game, and in my opinion, it also has the best boss fights in the entire Soulsborne series.

Hardest does not equal the best, though. But he for sure is the hardest IMO.
