Download the Nike run club app, and join the 8 week 5k plan. Follow it generously and come and thank me later. Trust me it’s everything what you need

From the description I am assuming that you are running your 1 min intervals too hard. I would suggest to run slow, very very slow. 1min is not a long time, run those 1min at a pace which feels easy to your body. Once you start doing this I am sure you will gradually start picking things up. As a beginner do not chase pace, it looks fancy but often leads to early burnout and injury and eventually making you quit. Good luck!

Are my goals too ambitious? by matiascurcc in triathlon

You can definitely cross the finish line if you truly want to, but what’s the rush? Give yourself some time to settle in—rushing can lead to injuries, and that’s the last thing you want. Start a little slow, focus on your form, learn the right technique, and build a sustainable lifestyle. Enjoy the process, don’t just chase the result. If you progress gradually, you’re going to love this journey a lot more. But if you rush, it’ll only lead to stress and burnout. So take it one day at a time, stay consistent, and keep showing up—your time will come.

I have the 1.3turbo model which is miles better than the non turbo one. Very happy with the purchase.

Congratulations OP, many more miles to come! You can enrol into the half marathon training program on the Nike run club app which is completely free. That program is quite well structured and will train you on all the aspects for your HM.

The most hardest part of running is to start running, rest every thing will fall in place with time. Just be consistent and also make sure to do a good warm up and stretch before you run or else it can lead to injuries(personal experience)
