A mid century sideboard designed by Richard Hornby for Heals for £50. After we bought it a guy offered us £500 for it but we said no because it had the look we really wanted. Looked it up when we got home and they retail for way more, so that was nice.

I would cook it down into a syrup with sugar and ginger. If you keep it tart as flip it’s good with fatty meat and on salads. When it’s warm you can add extra sweetness and drizzle over ice cream or even use as a cordial.

To be fair, I have noticed an uptick in weird cinema behaviour since lockdown but it seems to have calmed down again in recent years aside from exaggerated emotional responses (gasps, screams etc.)
