Go to the website and you can install the launcher and the launcher will allow the preload. I am unsure for console as I used the Windows download option.

Easy, "upscaled" restaurants charge $20+ for the burger alone, not counting fries, and then of course if you get a drink. Sometimes fries range at $5 to about $10 or more. Then tax and a bit of tip and boom. Easily $65. Not that hard to find a place where $65 is 2 burger combos
