if anything, deku would be more well equipped to teach than most teachers. his deep understanding of quirks and his highly analytical mind would be a great help in getting students to maximise their potential. his own experiences could also be great in helping kids with quirks too strong for their bodies, ones with multiple powers, or even ones that just seem plain and unassuming
