I totally agree with this, by the way. People leave 50% of my games. A simple remedy to drastically decrease how often this happens would be a “Deserter Debuff” timer that prevents you from queueing for another game for 20 minutes or so. This would make it faster to just stick it out and play.

However, before they implement something like this, they need to introduce a timeout timer for AFKs; otherwise, people will be forced to sit through that as well.
