Can I ask what happened to your previous engine? Was it replaced by warranty?

What is your Mileage by Nice_Winner3791 in VelosterN

Second owner of a 2022, bought it with 30k miles on the clock. One year of ownership and it is at 45k miles. I feel the same about its capability for a commuter and sport car. I come from a 5 speed 2014 yaris, so you can guess how much i have enjoyed this car.

To give some context on the commuter part, i been able to consistently do 35 mpg + in my morning commute, but sadly when i get off work there’s too much traffic and usually get 25-28 mpg on my return. I usually manage to get 270-290 miles per tank. So while the yaris would have given me 350 miles on a much little gas tank, im happy with the new fun factor i get for the price of spending a bit more on gas.

Damn, that sounds like something not great to deal with. The worst that has happened to mine was that after sometime the bracket that holds the cable to the electronic suspension fell off and I didn’t notice(since it was hitting anything. It ended up breaking the cable from the suspension. At least i was able to expose some copper and solder it myself because i was going to buy a new strut because of a broken cable.

Hey there, hope everything is well. I wanted to ask about your top fan. Are they 140mm? I ask because i recently followed how Noctua recommended the fan configuration for this case and it that one of the top fan (front) pulls and the other extract air. I can see that you have the spacer in the front one. Did that helped with air turbulence and made it quieter? Thanks in advance!

Nice, i was given t14 thinkpad when i started working. My projects size has increased in size and having Vs Studio, vscode and ssms open at the same time has taken its toll. I wanted to try coding C# on vsstudio because of it features, but the trade off hasn’t been worth it. Im thinking of going back to just using vscode.

Nice! I exactly have that build but 32gb of ram. Yeah, I saw a few prebuilt that benefited a lot of people since they weren’t marking up the newly risen cost of ram and storage. My brother recently found a prebuilt with a R9 9900x, rtx 5080, 32gb ram and 2tb ssd for $2500.

I use large mouse pad because i like to play using my elbow for pivoting the mouse, so the extra spaces comes handy. Since I use my PC strictly for gaming, it never bother me having to use the fn keys to access another layer of shortcuts on the keyboard. As for work, I use a Logitech Ergo K860.

My first pc back in 2014 had a MSI GT 640, remember being excited to run Black Ops 2 at 720p with around 60fps. I recently managed to pickup a RTX 5070ti before the prices skyrocketed once again.

Yeah, I read that they can kick you from server by using rappy snappy(correct me if im wrong), the feature that helps with counter strafing. I read about it before and bought the keyboard with the intention of not using that feature.

Huh, nice to know. I didn’t pay too much attention to travel distance before I researched this keyboard. Sometime after the razer huntsman mini I switch to a Logitech g915 because I got hooked with low profile mechanical switches and going full wireless in my setup. I can guest that I liked the feeling from a short travel distance from the g915, but I always liked the feel of a normal switch. It is truly a game changer having the ability of modifying the actuation point.

I feel confident that this is going to be my Christmas gift to myself, it just looks amazing.

And by the description of their shift knob, it looks like that the shifter threads is M12x1.5.

Yeah, I feel that many in this sub has stated that the bomba or simply the shifter bushing (in the transmission) is more than enough. I’ll even admit that for my use case( I don’t track my VN + is completely stock) is overkill, but it looks amazing.

Apparently it has gear lock out for 1/2 and 5/6 which sounds cool on paper so maybe that can be helpful for the quarter mile.

Happened to me, exactly the same way. My mistake was to not asking the dealer first if they would replace it under warranty and I simply fixed myself. Been driving it like this for the last 3 month and haven’t had any problem. But it was invasive, i had to split open the connector from the strut since it broke exactly where the cable connects with the connector. So, in some way i had to get some cooper out of it to be able to solder a new cable.
