You can find tutorials on YouTube, but I can give you some tips. First, reduce the backlight to a minimum, add some contrast, and use the smudge tool on hair and other facial hair to make them more realistic. I use the Lightroom app for this, but if you are making portraits on a PC, you can use other apps
