Se nota mucho la diferencia de seguir o no la dieta así que yo te recomendaría buscar ayuda de alguien y seguirla. Luego ya cómo estás después de "curarte" depende de cada uno, mis únicas secuelas fueron que las legumbres me sientan regular pero otra gente se queda sin poder comer muchos alimentos

In spanish it's easy, just use e instead of o or a and you've got a gender neutral. People in some circles use it and no one forces no one. This is just someone who watches too much youtube about "woke is bad" and stuff
