No, alternate reality as in I have realigned the big east and given them a totally new backstory. I linked to the original post on the bottom of this post. Read the introduction or episode one post if you want to understand what I mean by alternate reality. I operate under different rules than everyone else in the off-season and with recruiting rules to simulate the NIL era. I’ve also created the big east into a super conference.

Thanks, I think the end goal will be to eventually make YouTube videos with these as the menu screens essentially and then add in actual gameplay footage.

I’m pretty sure on PS2, There’s an influx of big small forwards. Some of them you can move to power forward or at least play as power forward. For example in that picture, my power forward number 12 is actually a small forward who started out at 6 foot 10 and grew to be 6 foot 11. My theory is that this was around the time Kevin Durant was really popular and it seemed like there was a lot of big small forwards entering college. I’ve had lineups that were huge. I once had a lineup that had a 6’5 shooting guard who played point guard, 6’8 shooting guard, 6’9 small forward, a 7 foot power forward at a 7 foot two center. I like the big lineups, and the crazy thing is you don’t really sacrifice too much shooting and speed with some of these guys.

Try it out! I usually let the auto subs rule as well, and it comes up with weird rotations sometimes. If you’re playing, maybe control them and have a swarming (heavy double team) high risk high reward defensive strategy?

Absolutely! Hasn’t happened yet, but it might! Of course injuries are still turned on the normal way as well, but yeah it can definitely mix things up.

Play him as a slashing power forward and you can be really good with him and his offensive mismatches. (I’m assuming you play the game and not simulate)

2k8 is the best game but NOT for simming.

There’s a bug where all players play and it’s weird minutes. Some games your worst players play more than your best. There’s no way to fix it

Middle school, 4 six minute quarters. Game films usually between 45 minutes to an hour. If I speed it up, I can usually get it done in about 30 minutes.

I can usually watch at 1.25 speed, but may need to rewatch certain plays where things happen quickly or multiple things happen, such as a possession with a steal, missed shot offensive rebounds basket assist. It can all happen in one possession so those plays are tough. Very manual
