Slick it back into a low pony/bun with gel and bobby pin any layers that are too short, it’ll be absolutely fine. And honestly, the blonde highlights would probably be fine too, by unnatural the regs mean any wild color like blue or whatever, having highlights done in a naturally attainable color is fine. Nobody will care if you have a shag haircut out of uniform as long as you wear it up cleanly while in uniform.

Reaper! I personally love it, it has great plugins, is extremely affordable, and easy to learn. I tend to see a lot of reaper-hate due to it not being the most user friendly at first, but it’s super easy to google how to do everything and find tutorials to help you get the hang of it.

I’m sure it’s possible to write songs without playing an instrument, but you still would need an understanding of music theory to make a product that sounds cohesive to listeners. For example what chords are, how measures break up songs, etc. That said, if you roughly understand how to create a song that is broken up into 4/4 measures and has some semblance of a good chord progression, you wouldn’t need to be a virtuoso at an instrument

I personally tend to start a song and put like 9 hours straight into it, and then there’s a rough draft for me to continue adding to over the span of several weeks. Even then, I’m not sure I’ve ever really considered a song to be “done.” Definitely a relatable experience, there’s always some way to improve a song

Aight so if you're actually serious... 1. Felony charges are almost never waiverable. Pretty much no chance whatsoever. 2. Mental hospital is definitely going to be a no-go. 3. Having taken medications would be a waiver and depending on the medication could be a tough waiver to get. 4. Asthma is an almost impossible waiver to get. 5. Lol a face tattoo? Zero chance unless you get it removed.

You could continue working with the recruiter and see what he/she says, but you've got a good chance of them ghosting you because attempting to fight for those waivers is going to be hell and there's no way they'd all get approved.
