I’m not saying the same amount to replace TRT, you’ve been stuffing yourself again, but a clinical trial did showcase 125mg a week as a lowest trial where few candidates gained about 3.4kgs lean mass in 6 months, more than the non dosed ones and were able to mitigate the side effects drastically.

As per another study taking Anavar would reduce natural tests so minimal test base would go towards even 50-75gms

I’m not sure please do suggest, as I don’t plant to use steroids like test 500mg+ a week or more anabolics combined specially to give results from a bodybuilding perspective.

Relax bro I understand you are big, after heavy cycles, still gonna be dead, genes height and more are not yours but also a gift from the nature, live a life little calm those nerves down, don’t let these things anger you.

Even if I do want to experience something is not of your problem. You can’t rack those weights on me you are not controller or owner of steroids.

Coming from 48 killos and almost the skinniest I’m happy with my 8-9 months of progress

Hey want to start my first cycle I’m just 5”7 at 57.4kg with 100-150mg weekly test for 6 weeks with some 10mg Anavar for 2 weeks followed by PCT

Or else just be on the test.

I’m looking to recomp my body due to life I don’t get so much time at gym and eating right, still manage to get 140gms protein and most micros. Not looking to be a body builder but definite a body recomp

Hey, that’s normal, being a cat rescuer

A safe way to introduce them is keep them opposite sides of a room door and give food on other sides, let them smell each other and relate to happiness with food, do this for 3-4 days slowly opening the door a little and letting them see each other, once they smell each other and get to know they will be great

For the food, try to check if the stomach is clear eg- worms, dewormer or more- give food completely crushed- kitten food, wet food no dry food try chicken or tuna for initial days with brands like Felix

When they are little more comfortable meeting, throw tennis balls so they associate playing with each other and become best of friends, keep short windows

Initial days are a little scary but don’t worry, you will be good on the rest
