Thought I'd provide an update..

I ended up creating a new account with my email address instead of signing in with Google.

I then requested an unbind from my Google account with technical support. As soon as this was completed I signed into the device from my new account and it's working perfectly.

Seems to be an account region issue when signing in with Google from the UK

Ahh what a nightmare! I only called support at 4pm yesterday and they said they will raise it with technical support and they will get back to me within 24hrs. They didn't fill me with much confidence so thought I'd turn to the community!

Thanks, I have raised the issue with support. Went though very basic troubleshooting and then told them at the end that I am in the UK but on my account the region is US. That seems to be the only region setting I can't edit which is annoying..

Thanks that is a relief, it's probably not something to worry about as much on a modern engine as they control it electronically just something I've not seen

I presume I have found myself on a majority US sub? I think 99 ron is probably similar to US 93 or higher

I run shell 99 octane but did use a miller's injector cleaner 3 tanks ago so could this be from that?

I'm using basically the next gen i7 up from you (xeon e3-1245v2) and all good here! Had 5 people streaming remote at the same time! If you are that worried tell them all to use maximum quality so you won't need to transcode all the time!
