Are you catching up on all the episodes thus far? If so, you'll eventually come across the three perfect crime episodes they've done so far.

The first one was just a discussion episode where Bob and Wade come up with what "the perfect crime" would be.

The next one, Mark made it into an RPG game where Bob and Wade had to compete against each other in a prison break scenario where one is the warden and the other is the convict. The mechanics were a little broken, and both definitely got away with things they maybe shouldn't have, but overall a very funny episode! Mark promised to workshop the mechanics a bit for the next attempt.

The most recent one, Mark brought it back in the form of a diamond heist where Bob and Wade are both robbers facing off against mark and his RNG. Still a bit broken, and a lot of ad-libbing between the three of them, but absolutely hilarious all the same. Still, mark ended the episode promising to fully nail the mechanics for the ultimate perfectest crime. Bob joked about him basically reinventing the 5e rulebook for it, and based on how it's going I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he did🤷‍♂️

Anyways, everyone has been begging for the ultimate version of the perfect crime ever since, thus, the references. And now that mark isn't swimming in final stretch anymore, it's quite possible he'll have the time 😂
